Bangkok City Suite

Great location. Platinum Mall and centralWorld within a 5 km distance. Great restaurants and massage places nearby. Nice breakfast buffet and complimentary welcome drinks. Very polite and cooperative staff. They also offer airport taxi services.

Vegetarian options in the breakfast would be highly appreciated. Every cooked item has either eggs or meat in it. Only fruits and cereals not enough but it's not a deal breaker.

Location is little away from the main city. But taxi/Uber is available.

Old Building and cramped. Needs upgradation. No restaurants nearby.

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. What we like most is their buffet breakfast. They have a lot of choices and our favorite pad thai is always in the menu.

Bangkok City Suite is a very nice hotel. It’s in a nondescript midtown area, but it is well located to the metro and busy roads. There’s a really nice night market about 15 minutes away at Petchiburi 5. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property is fine.

It was a nice place, nothing extra. We got everything we needed. Easy check-in and we could also leave our stuff at the reception, which was a great help.

We found a little cockroach. It’s quite normal in cities like Bangkok, still I hate them.

I recently stayed at Bangkok City Suite, and my experience was disappointing. Upon checking in, my assigned room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a room change, and although the staff said it would take a couple of hours, we decided to explore the city center and leave our luggage at the reception in the meantime.Unfortunately, we forgot a PowerPoint cable and laptop charger in the original room. When we returned to move to the new room, the chargers were missing. The reception staff claimed they had no knowledge of the items and insisted the cleaners did not find them in the room. Despite assurances that they would follow up the next day, the cleaners denied having found anything.It was clear to us that the items had been taken during the room transition, yet the hotel showed no accountability or willingness to investigate further. This lack of transparency and responsibility left me feeling unsafe and frustrated.Warning: Do not leave any valuables in your room. Based on my experience, I do not trust the staff at this hotel, and I will not stay here again. Travelers, please take note and choose accommodations with better service and integrity.

I liked the place being at a good location with good price

It would have been better if the hotel staff mentioned the services provided like free transport service from hotel to city. Or any other services that are available.

Room was clean and spacious for the family of 3.

The Hotel can be misleading as the taxi driver took us to Bangkok City Hotel even with the full address was given to the driver . We had to take a tuk-tuk to get to Bangkok City Suite. Luckily it was not too far.

Being repeaters for 9 times I'm indeed very disappointed. Service no smile at all. Seems like you're disturbing them. I came with my family and booked 3 rooms and each day we have to ask for toilet paper and water. For the amount I have paid breakfast should be included in the price. They don't care for the guest at all.

It was clean

I’m 5’6” and the bathroom sink was below my hips even though there was a bathtub. The bed was okay, but the pillows were hard. So few plug ins, none could be found near the bed. It’s located in a very central area, however, the traffic noise doesn’t allow for much sleep even with the noise of the AC.The breakfast was okay. There were too many staff behind the front desk, and most couldn’t understand basic English requests. We left after the first day finding another hotel 525 baht more a night, much quieter location, 3 staff behind the front desk, comfortable rooms, and they even had a swimming pool. Walking distance to BTS and large mall.

The location was good and breakfast was great with a lot to choose from. The room size is good and it had a bath which I enjoyed, the room was also clean.

Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep properly as there was a very loud and constant noise in the room, caused by some sort of fan that we could not locate, and believe it was in the sealing. I don't know if this was caused by us being on the top floor but we could hear it even with plugs on.

For a budget hotel, the facilities are great. The breakfast buffet was okay, the bathub was nice

The mattress was hard so it was not really comfortable to sleep. The location was close to the toll road and can be quite traffic so better make a spare time for transport.

Free water and very friendly staff

The location, maybe just us but it was very hard to find

- The hotel is very convenient for finding taxis, Grab, Bolt, or Tuktuk.- The room and services are acceptable, if you’re only staying to sleep and will be out all day.- The room is quite spacious, with a window, a work desk, a shoe rack, and a basic wardrobe.- The prices are quite cheap compared to other hotels.- The window has a view of the main street.- The staff is okay.- There is a breakfast area, with chairs to wait in on the hotel floor, and a parking lot at the back.- The hotel is quite close to famous dining spots or Michelin-rated restaurants, about 1 to 2 km away, and you can walk there.- Open 24/7

- No slippers in the room.- The lighting is very dim; and the bathroom is quite dark. I think if they fix the lighting, the room could look much better. (The photo I posted was taken in night mode by Android phones, so it appears brighter, but in reality, it’s darker. There is only one light near the mirror in the bathroom.)- The toilet has weak water pressure; I have to press and hold for a long time to flush.- The room door lock sometimes doesn’t work well; I had to leave a 100 Baht deposit for the room key card.- I couldn’t find a razor or toothbrush in the room.- The room feels quite old, I hope they will redecorate it for a better experience.- The soundproofing is poor.- The wifi is weak/ poor
